Why not come and enjoy our popular relaxation days, the perfect way to unwind after a hectic week! Relaxation days are especially suitable for those who have busy lifestyles and would like to learn to meditate to improve the quality of their lives.

These retreats are designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and inspired. Simple and easy to learn, these meditations will calm your mind. We’ll also explore our ability to create joyful, positive states of mind.

Each session will include a brief introduction and explanation of the meditation and a guided meditation.

Sessions:
9:00am – 10:15am
11:00am – 12:15pm
1:00pm – 2:15pm
