Alchemy creates cleansing, detoxifying food, based on the knowledge of contemporary medical nutritional research, combined with Asian healing traditions.
Our food is prepared using locally sourced, California ingredients, organically grown where possible from the farmer’s market. We use only virgin oils, which are added after the cooking process.
