Our Seasonal Wine Country Cuisine Dinner Menu in three-course format—first, main and dessert—for $95 per person. This is not a tasting menu but rather guests have full choice from the entire menu, including, of course, our mouth-watering Roast Turkey Feast: White & Dark Turkey, ‘marbled mash’ of Yukon gold potatoes & yams, turkey confit-sourdough stuffing, garlic sautéed Blue Lake green beans, pan gravy and orange-rosemary-cranberry compote.

We will be starting our annual Thanksgiving Buffet at 12 for those who don’t feel like cooking all day! Along with the thanksgiving classics we all love, there will be fresh seafood and a variety of appetizers! Book your reservations early because we will be full all day!

Gather and give thanks with your friends and loved ones this Thanksgiving at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort.  Executive Chef Yesica Arredondo and her team will be serving up a Thanksgiving buffet feast full of time-honored holiday favorites.   This year’s menu is an ode to traditional Thanksgiving classics, infused with the bright, fresh flavors of California.   From the fresh caught coastal seafood to the homemade cornbread stuffing with fall harvest stone fruits, guests will delight in every bite. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from our elegant Reagan Room and classic holiday music from renowned violinist Peter Blackwelder.

Adults:  $115.00 per person

Children (12 & under): $50.00 per child (children under 3 eat free)

Price subject to 8.75% sales tax and 20% service charge.  13.1% of service charge is gratuity for servers, 6.9% covers discretionary administrative costs for the resort.
