Bacara Resort’s Afternoon Tea

Set in the resort’s grand lobby amidst a warm fireplace and elegant furnishings, Bacara’s Tea & Trunk Shows feature a contemporary twist on traditional high tea by pairing the service with a designer trunk show.
The afternoon begins with a flight of tea from across the globe, expertly moderated by Bacara’s Tea Master, and perfectly paired with three tastings by Executive Chef David Reardon. Delectable treats include smoked salmon and caviar tea sandwiches, fresh fruit tarts, mini velvet cupcakes and freshly-baked scones with local lemon preserves. The price is $35 for adults and $15 for kids.
Afterward, guests can enjoy champagne and preferred pricing on this season’s newest styles at Bacara’s Trunk Shows in the adjacent Boutique. Featured designers change daily and include:

Bacara’s Tea & Trunk shows take place December 14 to 30 (excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas). Tea is served from 2 to 4 p.m. in the lobby. Trunk shows take place from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays. Trunk show admission is complimentary.
